Greeting from the Founder

It would be difficult for anyone to dispute the fact that the human factor is the key determinant of the success or failure of any collective effort.

Although this is widely acknowledged, in modern organizations and businesses it is often overlooked amid the whirlwind of events, the rapid pace of change, and the struggle to secure financial results, customers, orders, and so on. Thus, despite the fact that all the above can only be achieved by appropriately selected and well-trained employees who are motivated to perform and committed to the goals of the collective effort, issues related to the development and effective utilization of people are often left to chance.

The MSc Program in Human Resource Management, through the specialized knowledge it offers, was designed to support this direction and specifically to:

  • Educate new graduates who will become tomorrow鈥檚 professionals in the field and who will staff or organize Human Resource departments
  • Provide executives already working in similar departments with the opportunity to enrich and specialize their knowledge.
  • Help managers in positions of responsibility across various departments to address more effectively issues related to the development and utilization of their people.

Our experience so far from the operation of the program shows that we are moving in the right direction. We believe that our vision for a more human-centered management model can be realized through our graduates who, from the positions they hold or gradually attain, contribute to making the workplace a space for development, utilization of talent, meritocratic treatment, and employee job satisfaction.
