Nancy Papalexandri is Professor Emeritus of Human Resources Management. She was faculty member at the Department of Management Science and Marketing, and Vice Rector in charge of academic affairs and personnel (2001-2007) of the University. She was the Director of the M. Sc. Program in Human Resource Management (2002-2011) where she is at present the Academic Coordinator.

She has studied Business Administration and obtained her M.A. from New York University and her Ph.D. from the University of Bath. She teaches Principles of Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Public Relations and Business Communications. She has taught in various E.U. Universities and in post-training and management development seminars in Greece and abroad.

Her research interests include human resource management, organizational behavior and culture, small-medium enterprises, issues in public administration, public relations and communications and women in management. She has published text books and articles in various international journals and has organised a number of international conferences. She is responsible for the Greek part of CRANET, a research project on European Comparative Human Resource Management conducted across the world under the coordination of Cranfield University and member of the International research project Globe (Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness). She is President of the Greek Association of University Women.
