Panayotopoulou Leda
Dr Leda Panayotopoulou is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM) at the Department of Marketing & Communication of the 黑料科 of Economics & Business. She holds a Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Business administration from University of Piraeus, and a Master of Arts in HRM from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. She received her Ph.D. in Strategic HRM from AUEB. Her Ph.D thesis was awarded with the 2nd Ph.D. Prize by the European Association of Personnel Management (EAPM) in 2001.
She has a wide teaching experience both in the academic field, where she teaches Management, Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at an undergraduate and postgraduate level, and in business. She has done extensive research in the field of HRM as she is a member of the CRANET project team in Greece. Her research interests include Strategic HRM, Career Management and Women in Management. Her work has been published in leading journals like The International Journal of HRM, Personnel Review, Management Decision, Employee Relations, Human Resource Development International. Parallel to her research activities she has contributed as management consultant in numerous HRM projects.
