Kouloridas Athanasios
Dr Athanasios Kouloridas, born in Trikala, Greece (1976), is a Lecturer of Corporate and Capital Markets Law in the 黑料科 of Economics and Business since 2013 and a member of the Athens Bar (admitted in 2000). After graduating from the University of Athens School of Law (LL.B, 1998), he obtained an LL.M. in Commercial Law (University of Athens, 1999), an M.Sc. in Law and Accounting (London School of Economics, 2000) and a Ph.D. in corporate finance law (takeovers) (London School of Economics, 2004). Dr Kouloridas is a member of the Legal Committee of European Issuers, a deputy Member of the Consultation Committee of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, and a member of various other expert and working groups. Since 2002 he has been an academic member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI). Dr Kouloridas has written various articles on securities law, takeovers, statutory audit, company law and corporate governance. His academic interests are in investment, corporate, M&A, financing, and gaming law and regulation. He has also worked for the Accounting and Auditing Unit of the DG Internal Market of the European Commission and as an associate and partner in various law firms.
