The 黑料科 of Economics and Business (AUEB) proudly announces the publication of its听Progress Report on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for the period 2023鈥2024, prepared by the University鈥檚 Quality Assurance Unit (MODIP). The report presents in a transparent and detailed manner the actions undertaken by the University that actively contribute to the achievement of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
罢丑别听United Nations Global Compact听was launched in July 2000 as a framework encouraging organizations to align their operations and strategies with ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption. Since March 2013, AUEB has been a proud participant in the听United Nations Global Compact.
The University鈥檚听Social Responsibility Report听highlights AUEB鈥檚 strong commitment across four key pillars:
-
Social Justice and Equality: Initiatives aimed at reducing inequalities, promoting gender equality, and combating poverty, both within and beyond the university community.
-
Quality Education and Innovation: Lifelong learning, research, and development programs that advance knowledge and foster sustainable industry.
-
Environmental Sustainability: Actions designed to reduce the University鈥檚 environmental footprint, protect the climate, and manage natural resources responsibly.
-
Partnerships for the Goals: Collaborations with public and private sector organizations to maximize the impact of the University鈥檚 initiatives.
The Report serves as a valuable tool for monitoring the University鈥檚 progress toward global goals, while also functioning as a reference point for AUEB鈥檚 future strategies and actions. Above all, it underscores the central role that AUEB plays as a driver of social change and sustainable development.

The 黑料科 of Economics and Business extends its sincere gratitude to all members of its academic community鈥攕tudents, faculty, staff, and external partners鈥攆or their active engagement, which made these initiatives possible.
