On behalf of our client, a well-established company in the Information Services industry, we are looking to recruit a Project Associate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Reviews client project briefs to understand knowledge gaps and defines expert search criteria
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Conducts high-level research on industries and companies to map the landscape and identifies the most relevant experts
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Sources and reaches out to potential experts via phone, LinkedIn, and email
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Screens experts critically, ensuring their experience and knowledge is aligned with client needs
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Connects selected experts with clients for qualitative interviews or consultations, ensuring quality and relevance
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Manages multiple client projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining effective time management and communication
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Keeps accurate records in CRM systems and provides timely updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and next steps
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Assists with insights projects using deep research techniques and creates bespoke analyses based on client briefs
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Participates in Executive Partnerships by identifying individuals with the right skills and experience for client relationship and acquisition needs
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Builds and maintains strong client relationships across consulting firms, private equity, hedge funds, and corporates
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Aligns with quality standards and actively contributes to sales activities, including negotiation and upselling where appropriate
REQUIREMENTS
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý BSc in any field with a strong academic record
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý MSc in any filed will be considered as an asset
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý 0–3 years of professional experience in customer service/support roles
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Fluency in an additional language is a strong plus
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Strong interest in the business world, shown through studies, internships, or projects
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Ability to think critically and quickly in fast-paced environments
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Natural aptitude for negotiation and sales, with a client-first mindset
