In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Finance Consulting Manager to join the Finance Consulting team in Athens.Ìý
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Navigate through fast-paced and dynamic projects
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Manage an extensive portfolio of client-facing engagements and initiatives leading and supporting the preparation of proposals, project deliverables, reports and presentations
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Work alongside CEOs, CFOs, Controllers and Treasurers to optimize the structure of their finance functions and improve their contribution to the business
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Understand the impact of digital technologies and support clients in modernizing their finance functions
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Demonstrate robust knowledge and practical expertise in the topics of a CFO’s agenda (finance processes best practices, performance monitoring, planning and budgeting, management and statutory reporting including consolidation, treasury and working capital management)
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution and develop innovative approaches
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Identify and address client needs; actively participate in client discussions and meetings; communicate a broad range of Firm services; manage engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, supervise and coach junior team members, support knowledge sharing, contribute to building a high performing team culture and encourage innovation from team members supporting their ideas and career goals

WHAT YOU BRING MATTERSÌý
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading local or overseas universit
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Minimum eight (8) years of experience within accounting and finance functions demonstrating strong understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle (i.e., AP, AR, GL, Consolidation)
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Expertise in driving budgeting processes and financial performance monitoring that support strategic financial decision-making
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Treasury experience, specifically in cash flow management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Knowledge of reporting procedures and guidelines / requirements based on IFRS
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Proven experience in team leadership preferably in a project-based environment
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Proven track record of supporting transformation initiatives including operating models redesign, tech-enabled process improvement, ERP/EPM/TMS system implementation will be considered an asset
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Chart of accounts design, cost center and profit center hierarchies, trial balance (TB) mapping to financial statement line items (FSLI)
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Finance and management consulting experience will be regarded positively
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý A relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA) will be regarded positively
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines, while maintaining the high quality of deliverables; monitoring project milestones and delegating tasks to team members; guiding and mentoring through meaningful timely feedback
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý A confident and positive attitude and passion for providing excellent quality work, building relationships, working in diverse teams and continuous learning
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Communication skills that allow you to confidently convey and explain complex information, orally and written, in both Greek and in English
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Experience in finance process analysis and reengineering (Record-to-Report, Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash etc.), as well as in designing and implementing automation solutions across finance processes
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Experience on IFRS standards implementation (e.g. IFRS9, IFRS16, IFRS17) will be considered a plus
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Ability to identify and analyze key business drivers impacting financial outcomes and to develop tailored management reporting structures, including defining key KPIs and performance metrics
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Skilled in implementing cash management practices that enhance operational cash flow and capital utilization
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Expertise in integrating planning processes across finance, commercial, and operational functions to enhance forecasting accuracy and alignment
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Experience with ESG reporting frameworks, integration of ESG KPIs into enterprise performance management, and participation in ESG system design and implementation will be considered a plusÌý
