•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Support and supervise the preparation of proposals, reports, presentations and project deliverablesÌý
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Advise clients on leveraging digital technologies to reshape the CFO agenda and optimize finance operations
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Drive improvements in core finance processes, including budgeting, reporting and performance monitoring
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Collaborate with experienced and senior consultants to solve real business challenges — from strategy to executionÌý
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Participate in client meetings and discussions, presenting solutions and building trusted relationships with stakeholders
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and effective communication across project teams
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of best practices and new methodologies
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Supervise and mentor junior consultants, providing coaching, feedback and development opportunities to build team capabilityÌý
What you bring mattersÌý
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý 3–6 years of professional experience in an accounting department, with solid knowledge of accounting workflows, month-end close activities and related processes
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Previous experience in a relevant role at a consulting firm will be considered an asset
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Experience of working on multiple accounts will be highly regarded
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý A bachelor’s or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related fieldÌý
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Familiarity with accounting/reporting standards (Greek GAAP, IFRS) and the relevant accounting and consolidation cycleÌý
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Exposure in redesign of account hierarchies, financial statements or managementÌý accounts preparationÌýÌý
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Exposure to accounting systems or tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Consolidation/Reporting Platforms) and experience in documentation of business requirements and processes in relation to the implementation of a system will be considered an assetÌýÌý
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and develop junior staff will be an asset
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to clearly convey complex information in written and verbal formÌý
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý A confident, positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality work, building strong relationships, working in diverse teams, and continuously learningÌýÌý
